Orders are normally handled and processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment clears.

UK delivery

Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery after processing. Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more. A £15 delivery charge applies below that amount.

The source store labels its paid rate “Express Delivery”, but does not establish a separate faster timetable. The replacement therefore presents one tracked delivery timetable and does not promise an express-speed upgrade.

Tracking and separate parcels

We email a tracking number after dispatch. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages for logistical reasons.

Other destinations

Available destinations and the final charge are shown before payment. The UK delivery estimate does not automatically apply outside the United Kingdom.
