Who we are and what we sell

EarClean UK sells ear cleaning products online and delivers them across the United Kingdom. We are a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, and we are an online shop with no showroom, which is how the prices stay where they are.

The range

Three products, and that is deliberate. Ear candles in three pack sizes, an ear washer irrigation kit and a video otoscope ear cleaner. We would rather stock three things we can describe honestly than a shelf of everything.

How we talk about them

Ear care is a subject where it is easy to overclaim, so here is our position in plain words. The NHS says there is no evidence that ear candles remove ear wax, and our candle packs are currently unavailable. Irrigation rinses wax out. A camera lets you see. None of the three is a treatment for an ear infection. None of them fixes hearing by itself. None of them replaces a clinician, and none of them is approved, certified or endorsed by any medical body.

If you have ear pain, discharge, hearing loss, ringing, grommets or a perforated eardrum, see a doctor. That advice costs us sales and it is still the right advice.

Delivery and support

Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 5 to 7 days across United Kingdom, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff and Belfast. Free on orders of £30 or more. Below that it is £15. Every order goes by the same tracked service.
