Usually. The NHS says earwax normally falls out on its own. Ask a pharmacist or clinician for advice if your ear remains blocked or symptoms concern you.

Seek advice if you have pain, discharge, bleeding, fever, sudden hearing loss, dizziness, a suspected perforated eardrum, grommets, recent ear surgery or an object in the ear.
Delivery is free from £30 and £15 below that. Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and then 5 to 7 days for delivery.
For most eligible goods you may cancel within 14 days after delivery, then have another 14 days to return them. Hygiene-sealed goods may be exempt after unsealing where UK law permits.
Which one do you actually need?
Excessive earwax is a common problem and it can leave your ears feeling blocked, itchy or muffled. What is far less common is a straight answer about which product does what, so here is ours.
If your ears feel blocked, ask a pharmacist what is suitable
The NHS says earwax usually falls out on its own. A pharmacist can advise whether a wax-softening treatment is appropriate. The ear washer kit is an adult home-irrigation product, not a substitute for that advice, and it is unsuitable where the product warnings or clinical advice say not to irrigate.
If you want to see what you are doing, you want the camera
The video otoscope cleaner puts a 4.5mm camera and six LEDs on a soft spoon and streams a view to a compatible phone. It is for cautious viewing of the outer ear only, not diagnosis, and a camera does not make deep insertion safe.
Ear candles are currently unavailable
Ear candle packs remain visible in the catalogue but are excluded from checkout. The NHS says there is no evidence that ear candles remove wax. We do not provide usage or child-suitability instructions while the product-safety and legal review remains open.
What we do not sell, on purpose
Metal curettes, scoops, spiral picks and suction guns. Anything rigid going into a canal you cannot see is how eardrums get perforated, and a suction device strong enough to shift hard wax is strong enough to do harm. We also do not sell softening drops, because your pharmacy sells them for less than we could.
And leave your ears alone the rest of the time
Wax is supposed to be there. It traps dust, stops the canal drying out and works its way out on its own. The people with the most wax trouble are very often the people cleaning the most. Cotton buds are the worst of it: they take a little out and push the rest further in.
When to stop and see somebody
Ear pain, discharge, hearing loss, ringing, dizziness, grommets, a known perforated eardrum or a recent ear operation. None of those is a cleaning problem and none of them is fixed by a device from a website. See a doctor or an audiologist.
