Our position, so you do not have to ask

• The NHS says there is no evidence that ear candles remove ear wax. Every candle pack is unavailable pending United Kingdom product-safety and legal review.
• Irrigation with warm water does rinse softened wax out. Hard, impacted wax is a job for a clinic.
• A camera ear pick lets a person see the outer canal. It is not a diagnostic instrument.
• No product we sell is approved, certified or endorsed by any medical body, and we do not claim any therapeutic effect for any of them.
• Health authorities generally advise against ear candling. We say so on the product page.
