We catalogue three product types and describe their limits plainly: an adult home-irrigation kit, a camera tool for cautious viewing of the outer ear, and ear-candle packs that are currently unavailable and excluded from checkout.

What we do not stock, and why
You will see ear cleaning shops selling metal curettes, spiral picks, scoops and suction guns. We do not carry them. Anything rigid that goes into the canal blind is how eardrums get hurt, and a suction gun strong enough to move hard wax is strong enough to do damage. We also do not sell removal drops, because a pharmacy sells them more cheaply than we could.
No product on this site is approved, certified or endorsed by any medical body, and we will not imply otherwise. These are consumer cleaning tools. If you have ear pain, discharge, hearing loss, ringing, grommets or a perforated eardrum, see a doctor or an audiologist rather than buying anything from us.
Choosing between them
If your ears feel blocked, ask a pharmacist whether a wax-softening treatment or home irrigation is appropriate before ordering.
If you want to view the outer ear, the camera product provides a screen view. It is not diagnostic and does not make deep insertion safe.
Ear candles are unavailable. The NHS says there is no evidence that ear candles remove wax.
Keeping your ears healthy between cleans
- Leave cotton buds alone. They take a little wax out and push the rest in.
- Wear earplugs when you swim if water gets trapped easily.
- Give earbuds a rest. All-day use compacts wax.
- Clean when your ears feel like they need it, not on a schedule. Ears manage themselves most of the time and over-cleaning is what causes problems.

Every price on this site is displayed in British pounds. Delivery is shown separately in the basket. Free on orders of £30 or more. Below that it is £15. Every order goes by the same tracked service. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then delivered in up to 7 working days by tracked courier across the United Kingdom.

Does the store sell earwax drops?
No. Ask a pharmacist whether a wax-softening product is suitable for you, especially if you have any history of eardrum problems or ear surgery.

No. The products are not presented as diagnosis or treatment. Seek clinical advice for pain, discharge, sudden hearing change or other concerning symptoms.
